Polk County Public Schools is conducting a survey to better understand students’ access to technology in their homes.
This survey will help us understand how much technology your child may or may not have at home for online learning.
The information we gather from this survey will help us to provide your child with learning resources in the event that school closures extend beyond March 30.
This survey should only be taken by a student’s parent or guardian.
You can take this survey at polkschoolsfl.com/survey
